MaLaC-HD

MApping LAnguage Compiler for Health Data — a tool that compiles mappings between health-data formats (FHIR FML, StructureMap, ConceptMap) into standalone, executable Python. It can be used both as a command-line tool and as a Python library.

Install

pip install malac-hd[cda]

Quickstart

Convert an FML map to Python and immediately run a transformation:

malac-hd -m map.5.map -ti input.xml -to output.xml
